Our community events at Alpha Works have always been a staple of our thriving community and bring a wealth of benefits and perks to our members. Now that hybrid working is part of most employers business models, there are always new and exciting ways to bring people back into the office for collaboration and social interaction which is so important for employee well-being, mental health and workplace happiness.
At Alpha Works, we offer everything from food and drink popups, to mindfulness sessions, monthly networking, sector specific workshops, creative events and everything in between! A varied and exciting events calendar is an ongoing priority for our community and we love getting our members together, seeing them thrive and making connections wherever we can.
As a small business ourselves within Birmingham, we always look to support local businesses too and give them a platform in many ways to connect with the local city and Alpha community to create meaningful connections and potential new business.
Recently we hosted a wonderful public event called the Alpha Gallery, curated by our creative Community Associate Amika Barnett and supported our local artists for their incredible work! We have also treated our lovely community to massage, pop ups from The Grand Hotel, Boxxedup hampers, The Alchemist, Festen Catering and more with plenty more events to come in the form of socials, networking, coronation party, summer party, mental health awareness week and so much more throughout the year.
