At Alpha Works we offer fantastic spaces to hire for your next event. Whether you need a boardroom for a quarterly meeting, a space for your presentation or to launch a new business. We have the space for you!

Daytime Events

  • Meeting Room and Networking Space

    Our large boardroom (M4) on Floor 22 is great for presentations, speaker sessions, team building and quarterly meetings. With caterers onsite, breakfast and lunch can be provided for up to 50 guests. Please see our frequently asked questions below for more information or talk to our onsite team to arrange your next event.

  • Open Plan After Hours Space

    From 5pm onwards our impressive open plan reception area is an ideal space to host your event. With capacity of up to 100 standing its an ideal space for networking or gatherings. Talk to our onsite team to arrange your next event.

  • Meeting Room and Networking Space

    After hours our large boardroom can be used as a meeting space or can transform into a theatre style space for 50 seating or 80 standing. Combined with the neighbouring breakout space, this makes floor 22 the perfect evening event space.   • What’s the capacity of M4 (boardroom) ?

    25 boardroom. 50 theatre style seating. 80 standing

  • What’s the capacity of Floor 21 Reception?

    Up to 100 standing with seating and speakers through the entire space.

  • What’s included with our rental?

    Projection facilities, tea, coffee, filtered water and fridge space.

  • Do you offer in-house catering?

    Absolutely, we have the Alpha Café on the ground floor for all daytime events, for evening events, we have recommended suppliers. You are of course welcome to organise this yourself.

  • Can we see the venue before we book it?

    Of course, we love to show guests our space, get in touch to book a visit to view before booking and talk through your event ideas.

  • What’s your cancellations policy?

    For events space only, 5 days’ notice. Additional notice will be required if catering has been organised depending on the supplier.

  • Do you have an alcohol licence?

    We certainly do.
