The iconic 27-storey Alpha building provides 196,000 sq ft of exceptional office accommodation with unrivalled views across the city. Just 5 minutes walk from New Street Station, Alpha is surrounded by shops, restaurants and excellent transport links in the heart of the city centre. 

Alpha began life as part of a new state-of-the-art studio complex and headquarters for the regional television franchise company ATV (Associated Television). Designed by Richard Seifert & Partners, a modernist architectural practice famed for their innovative ideas, use of new materials and methods of construction.

Since 1970 Alpha has stood tall at the heart of Birmingham, an emblem of the city’s creativity and industrious spirit, it’s now the perfect place for businesses to make their mark.
